I thought it would be fun to make a thread about anything you want or intend to buy. Doesn't have to be practical or upcoming, just whatever arms and armor out there you want to have. I'll start A&A Knightly Riding SwordMy favorite retail arming sword I've seen to date. I love the profile, up swept guard, and the rectangular division between the blade and grip. Universal Swords Princess of Wales Regiment Officer's Light Dragoon Saber
I'm usually skeptical of Universal Swords, but I like this piece a lot with its narrow blade, hussar style guard, and unique sheath. I've also heard a ton of praise that its one of Universal Swords best pieces. I'll probably snatch one up if it ever restocks, fingers crossed. Hanwei Cromwell SwordOh man this thing is a beauty! The black and gold guard, antique finish, and rayskin grip all work together so well. And its hollow ground! Only think I'd change is the scabbard which I find rather ugly. Hanwei Oni KatanaKatana's usually arent my thing, but this one speaks to me. Longer than most katana and stylish to boot (see the two toned steel in the blade?). I shudder at the price though.

It's the steel on the inside that counts.

H/T bastard, some kind of dagger, and possibly a longbow. That'll do for starters. Got a couple of projects in the works I need to finish up also. I've actually got more stuff I ought to sell than things I want to buy.

A proper shield, a spear, a steel helmet and more Lamellar plates would make me pretty happy.

Right off the bat I would absolutely love an Albion Kingmaker. It's my dream sword:D

You didn't say it had to be a blade, so: A Fresian, a Spanish saddle and I'm good. Off to tilt some windmills (but in style)!

It is fun to dream. Right now, I have a pretty short wish list.
First, I would really like a pre-1850 French model 1822 light cav saber. Since I'm wishing, I'll go for one in very good condition. I have a US model 1840 HC, and it would be neat to own the sword my 1840 wished it could be.
Next, I would like one of those new Kingston Arms side swords. It's getting positive reviews so far, and it seems to be a decent budget sword. Plus, I am a fan of Hanwei 5160 blades.
Finally, I would really love to have an ATrim falchion. Any type would be fine. I might as well wish for a nice scabbard for it. This would be my "heirloom" sword.
