Yeah... been waiting for this too!
Although I'm not so sure about the Ivar and Sigurd things either... hope it plays out well. I want to see what happens with Floki. I like Floki!

I enjoy the show to, but historically its poo. Its a TV show and obviously based on entertainment. I like the swords, shields, ships and axes.... I miss Ragnar and Rolo.

Does anyone here own the axe and adze of Floki, made by Windlass? I was just wondering as to their quality. The axe looks a little thick and clunky, but for a display-only piece, I guess it's okay. I already have the Ragnar axe by Windlass...pretty brutal for a display piece.

The key words there would be for decorative use only.

Kind of lost interest in the show when Ragnar started going off the deep end and started acting crazy. About the time he shaved his head, must be the ink from all the tattoos got to his brain. Other than using real names and events there's nothing historically accurate about it, but I still watch it. Waiting to see how bad they mess up Knight Fall. Never expect anything historically accurate on TV not even on the History Channel. Guess they find real history boring.

In any case, it has to be better than the latest series of The Walking Dead.
I'm not watching Vikings until the season ends. Then I'll watch them all together in a few evenings. I've done that with them all so far.

I think I got thru season 2 of Vikings and basically stopped watching. It was pretty good though...but certain things about the show just irked me. The opening however was excellent, that under the ships camera angle and music was really cool. Any way. I love the crusader period and Anything to do with the religious knightly orders....but Knight fall looks like they tried to do it right, but corny'd it up. They always gotta corn it up.

Yeah they do, don't they? Still, it looks like a fun show. And Vikings continues to have some interesting moments worth watching.
