IMHO, it's the same sword from the same forge being offered by two different resellers. Happens all the time, since most resellers are getting their stuff out of wholesale catalogs, and then drop-ship to the buyer. At any given time you can find identical items offered by different eBay sellers, as well as the same items on Ali and various websites, including those of Stateside retailers (who, however, usually have their offerings on-shore and in-stock) at a variety of different prices.

IMO, they're too small to be proper nagamaki. The Cold Steel Nodachi is already very small for a nagamaki, and these are even smaller.
These blades are a good candidate for remounting as early-style long naginata.
