I stumbled across this a couple of days ago. I knew about the Anduril from about 7 years ago and the Orcrist from 4 years ago. Now they have the Boromir sword: www.wetanz.com/shop/weapons/the-sword-of-boromirThis one looks really good. I verified that the weight is 1.8 kg (3.9 lbs) rather than the other weight listed. I think the 5.5 lbs is for the total shipping weight with the custom fitted coffin shaped box.

They are. Peter Lyon is a good smith. I just don't think they handle well given the stats (length-weight ratio).

I imagine this sword would handle somewhat similar to my A&A Edward III. Similar weight, with slightly shorter blade and closer balance point. And with a grip that would be comfortable for two hands which would be good, unlike the Edward III with its huge wheel pommel.
