From Underworld: Evolution, Marcus Corvinus. He was bitten by a bat and able to transform into a winged monster. Enjoy!

marcus is not that badass, he was pretty much viktor's puppet for a thousand years, if anything viktor was the best, im sad how the movies got progressively worst tho, the newest one was not good. Series peeked at 2 and slowly went downhill

But Marcus was a true bat man! ....yeah, I did find it odd that Marcus did not just kill Viktor and take over his army when he turned them. But, Viktor's power over Marcus was keeping William's location a secret.....still don't know why Marcus did not just bite Viktor and learn of Williams location a long time ago?
Yeah, 1 and 2 were great, then series seemed to slide down hill. Although I really liked the giant hybrid lycan in 4.

I often like the sub-boss types the best, though. Often the big boss is a real let down, and the sub-boss usually has the better story.
As far as my favorite bad guys go, it's tough. Right off the top of my head I really liked The Worlds Toughest Terrorist from Yakuza Apocalypse,
Though I will say that the coolest main villain has got to be Cottonmouth from the Luke Cage show on Netflix. I don't know, I just thought that was an extremely well done character, and the actor who played him was totally perfect.
There are way more, but those two jumped to mind.

If it is cool, how about the bad guy in Die Hard.
