It's a little hard to see in the photo, but the blade is twusted to one side near the ricasso by about 5 degrees to the left, edge up. Any ideas on fixing it?

Is that not for Katana and non springy steels? I've tried that one and not had any luck with it. Thanks for the link though.

You need heat to fix that. Propane torch, vice with smooth jaws and good nerves. Experience helps, too. Esentially you heat up the part that took the set with the torch until the steel turns straw yellow to light bronze (about 200°C), then you correct the twist by twisting in the opposite direction (blade clamped in the vice, you might have to overcorrect in order to get the twist out). Then cool with water. Repeat until satisfied, then sand off the oxides.
Note there is a possibility for the sword to break (though unlikely) and for you to ruin the heat treatment in that spot (more likely). Good news is that so close to the ricasso, there is no need for a really hard edge so if you obverheat a bit, it's not too bad.
