Hey Guys/Gals, anyone recognize this? I know it's not the whole sword, but I also know that some of you can identify this just by what's shown 😉 PLEASE don't tell me it's an Albion! I REALLY like it, but I can't afford an Albion. Thanks for any help gang!

If you want something similar, have a look at the english longsword by arms & armor. Quite pricey but costs less than the albion viceroy. A couple of swords by valiant armoury have nice looking fishtail pommels (but not the same type) and are more affordable

Hey ramses. These fittings are SUPER similar to the Printed Armory's Zurich curved fittings. The grip is much more fancy, but... same kind of deal. It could be done if you sent someone who does grip customization the fittings and the bare blade. H/T Zurich Curved <--- This link has pictures of one without a grip on it. I have the straight version of it on one of my swords. I know it's not that exact blade, but if you're looking for THAT look... get the non-fullered H/T bastard and either get someone to make a fancy grip, or make one yourself. H/T Bastard Zurich Straight, on a waisted grip: (Edit: Your blade looks hollow-ground, and less wide than a H/T bastard. With that hilt design, it's probably higher end, like Arms & Armor custom. If you want something that won't break the bank, but looks similar, my suggestion stands. )

Fel, did I tell you about my Tinker Pearce Longsword build? www.lgmartialarts.com/h-t-longsword-viscount-hilt-set-polished-mild-steel/ I got the Viscount guard, and the Writhen twisted pommel, and the legendary Steve Huerta's making me a custom wrapped handle. After that......don't imagine for a second I'll forget ANY of your suggestion.......I just kinda drifted off into daydream custom sword building world! 😁

I bet he would accept a compliment on his beard (going off your "wooing" comment Verity 😜) and make you a nice Euro sword like the two above! It's all in how you approach people!

Rick posted on FB recently that due to an injury he's retired from swordmaking, though he still has some swords that he failed to finish available (mostly unpolished/roughly ground, but already heat treated).
