It's a very neat one. A very nice sword I foolishly let go had a ko-kissaki bordering on ikubi, there was just something very "business" like about it... if the weapon had been lighter or a bit shorter and better suited for the direction I was going in I never would have parted with it. Hope it's doing well with whoever it ended up with.

I had a sword with Ikubi Kissaki once, loved the shape but mine was not forged this way, think it was a chu kissaki with a broken tip, so the polisher reshaped it into a ikubi, the boshi was like 1mm at the tip, too close for comfort so I traded it for something else....
Always like them, just feels like it is more robust for tsuki (especially if I don't keep the direction 100% straight). I would think for modern blade it is possibly easier to form nicely than a chu/o kissaki
