It's threaded, so I'm sure you could get it as a blank, but get (or have made) different fittings to it. With its price, you might be able to still stay under budget if you get fittings made.

be wary if someone is offering to do it cheap, sometimes its too good to be true, good luck dude, if you are getting the parts and someone is assembling it for you, this would be about the right price tho
