I ordered from them last spring and everything went fine. They are a very large drop ship company, so many items are shipping direct through a source, or only briefly in their warehouses (multiple warehouses).
Btw, punctuation and whole stentences with paragraph breaks makes communication more readable.

To be fair it was via mobile so spellcheck could be half the culprit. In any case, the customer treatment was wrong.

SBG: "Shouting 'Bout Grammar" Don't have much to contribute to the topic (never even heard of LG outdoor). I don't often shop much in the states- you'd need more than a $35 off to make me pay $50+ international shipping to Canada. In general I've heard only good things about KultofAthena. Although I did notice of late that their shipping costs have gone up significantly. Not sure if it's just for international shipping or across the board. They seem to have invested quite heavily into Deepeeka stuff. I'm not sure how well that'll sell, and I'm worried that they'll take a big loss (and inevitably that cost will be passed to us consumers as either higher prices or inferior service)

I made a simple suggestion and the pack ran with it A classic "it's not just anyone, it's everyone". I remember being quite beat up here by the pack in the first rendition of the board for quiping "no shirt, no shoes, no service" when a poster was choosing to play blind man's bluff in asking for a sword ID and offering no pictures and few characteristics. In that case, humor taken as abuse and attacked in turn for being less than friendly. I do know SBGers would rather have fun than be correct or truly informative. Those parameters set SBG apart from those that might be looking for a more academic atmosphere. I still cringe a great deal when reading here but in the case of this particular thread, responded because I had bought from the dealer and had a suggestion for participation. Pardon my presence. Lick me

i think point is need no more 1 person point out gmr and splling error 1st time enough not the point of thread Joking aside the point about spelling and grammar does stand. It helps those of us trying to read/understand the post. Also, I wouldn't want to be in a community where half the posts look like some text messages pulled off a teenager's phone. It just doesn't look nice... (as an aside: I noticed that some eBay/kijiji/etc sellers use a similar level of spelling/grammar in their item description and answers to questions. Not a great way to boost buyer confidence and bids in my books. C'mon I'm paying you a couple hundred bucks for a sword least you can do is learn to type properly!)

America's friendliest sword forum now has a special on face******gs on Thursdays. Y'all come back agin soon, y'hear. Who are you calling American? Gee, I'm sorry. I thought, what with our popular election of our gnu, bright ,beautiful Gawd-King Donald T Duck, you'd all like to share in the glowery. All seriousness aside. Critique of weaponry and opinions of same, is what this is about. It is more polite, in more personal matters, to discretely open a one on one message that doesn't incite a witch burning. Sometimes you can get away with it, if you can make it really funny; REALLY FUNNY. Edel-stinky-lil-alpine flower, anybody who's been around here a bit knows your wit to be as light as an 800 lb gorilla wearin barbed wire shorts n brazeer. ( It's all good, Icabod: the triple starch hi-collar and birch rod is a nice touch.) Hopefully takiwaki will take our friendly bull whipping in stride and not throw himself off the Tallahassee Bridge in a fit off geespare (worsen than deespare, but not so bad as Xtra wide spare: damn I didn't need that third pot o'coffee today...)

Kind of like David's opportunity to message in kind instead of publicly offering up personal attacks. Were it not a case of sacred cows and respect for my elders, I might feel really offended but as I read David's baby talking in his writings of displeasure, it is likely more a matter of his boredom and looking for something to do.

Well, I'm not taking any of these comments too seriously. Except for Gunnar's one about the group hug.

Is it just me or have the forums gotten a teensy bit more volatile in the past few months?
