My Gen 2 elvin king sword came in today....and unfortunately I got a lemon the edge is blunt the polish is off and the tip appears broken off sigh...well at any rate does anyone know how I can properly return it?

We will definitely take care of it ASAP. The Gen 2 Swords are wrapped so well out of the manufacturer and very rarely have any quality problems that we normally don't inspect them like the Windlass. (If you have ever received a Gen 2 you will know how long it takes to unwrap one!)
I will be talking to Clyde to see why one may have slipped through the cracks to prevent it in the future and of course we will be replacing the damaged sword with one that I inspect personally.

heh heh yeah my sword arrived the same time my friends came to pick me up to go hang out so I said to them," just a second I wanna quickly take a peek at my new sword " and it took me 15 minutes to finally pry the sword from its mummy costume
