I'm looking for a han style jian for $200 or less as the only one that I've found to be halfway decent so far is double that price, any suggestions or is this even possible right now?

Few things you should know (specific to my piece, others may vary slightly):
Blade length 31 1/2".
Weighs 2lb 2oz (sword only, without scabbard).
Balanced at 6" off the guard.
Very nice blade, and simple, but quality fittings.
If you're like me and like your gim3 on the longer side, this one will fit right in. However, the balance may feel a bit odd at first, particularly for contemporary Kung-Fu practitioners who are used to around 2-3" off the guard (Holg, would you agree?). In terms of feeling, this sword is a departure from your typical Taai3 Gik6 (太極) weapon. While I really appreciate the opportunity to practice with different swords, many of my friends consider this one "off-balance" and a deal-breaker.
I guess it all depends on your personal goals...

balance is a little blade-forward, but i heard it is coomon for this type of sword...people must get used to them after using aluminium swords/wushu wobblers etc. for years to train forms...
