It appears that you can't use the name F A G A N without it being censored. The first three letters get censored out. Hmmmmm... It won't show the links at all. Let me try this. I was browsing (censored)an Arms catalog and came across some very strange designs. They have a lot to choose from but if it's rare the price jumps up very quickly. . (censored) anarms.com/collections/swords/products/konda-slavers-sword-1 . (censored) anarms.com/collections/swords/products/ngala-ngombe-executioners-sword-1 They did have a very nice Viking sword but it's sold.

I've tried to link a few things from this site here before and had the same problem. Auto-censor needs to go.

A few days ago I had problems with r e t a r d. Since when is r-e-t-a-r-d forbidden??? People are very delicate with that word nowadays. Being a medic, that gets irksome. It gets real funny when you try to type non-english words that have english profanities in them and don't realize what is going wrong.

I went to the Merriam-Webster dictionary hat says: Full Definition of (censored) 1. transitive verb 2. 1: to slow up especially by preventing or hindering advance or accomplishment : impede 3. 2: to delay academic progress by failure to promote
I fail to see anything offensive. The US is drowning in political correctness. If it is now improper to say “to rxtard rust” what does the US call “fire rxtardant” amongst other things? Assuming you are from the US. I was a medic years back.

"To slow or impede" is the only definition I use that word for. I'm just glad my name isn't F(a)gan... I've been saying for years that the censorship thing here is pointless and broken, but nobody cares what I think, sooo...

Yup, U.S Combat Medic here. When we say "mental retardation", its' not an insult. It's a medical term. "Retarding your fall", fire-retardent", these are the actual correct terms. I passed a woman on the street who overheard a co-worker and I use the term, and she flipped and sent a string of profanities at us. Anyway, back on subject, could we bring the filter up to a mod, or is that a Paul-only type of complaint?

Wicked, wicked forumites! I'd forgotten that I hadn't shopped Faganarms for quite a while and you made me go look. Now it's all of your faults that I couldn't pass up a great just-listed takouba for a mere couple hundred bucks. :P :D

I've been staying away from [them] and many other dealers lately because my wallet is still in recovery from my, er, extraneous expenditures over the past few months... They have some neat stuff, though, and the prices are usually pretty good.
