I'm looking around for a Chinese halberd (some places spell it halbert) a.k.a. the "Ji" polearm. In particular, I'm looking for a Qianlong Ji polearm with a single-sided crescent. I'd prefer a real blade, not a showing spring-steel wushu weapon, which is all I can seem to find.

Here is an example on Amazon, but I have no idea if the blade is forged or just a stamped blade. Or if it even has a solid tang. Plus, the split shaft is a real turn-off.

Hey, I actually have the halberd you linked, I'll put up some pictures and stats when I get out of work. It is a two piece shaft, and the blade screws into the upper haft. It's not "exactly" battle ready, but the threaded "tang" is quite long and solid; it's not gonna just fall apart when you swing it. I'll put up some pictures when I get home, and a video of swinging it tomorrow morning.
