At last I have enough swords to call it a "collection" — granted a rather small one, but a collection none the less !
I should incidentally mention that I started bying swords in an attempt to summarise, as it were, the gradual change in the blade profile of medieval longswords from, say, the 12th-13th to the 15th century.
It might seem a bit sketchy, as miscellaneous other types came into being in the medieval period, but I feel confident in saying future acquisitions will fill in the gaps of this collection.

Need I point out that I quite like Albion swords ?
Though I know next to nothing about Japanese swordlore, I'm, at the moment, leaning towards Ronin Katanas as a next purchase. Then again, my desires take new shapes and colours every other day, so who knows what my heart will ultimately latch on to ...

100% agree....you have 3 winners right there. Nice collection. I need to get a Crecy....your picture there really highlight its near perfect proportions for me.

Of all three swords, the crecy is by far my favourite. Efficiency in both cutting and thrusting capacities along with stupendous lines and balance make for an exquisite sword indeed !
