Im interested in learning how to use the nodachi. I cant seem to find any sources though. Is there another martial art which stance and attacks would suit a nodachi?

Never seen that first vid before. Admire the practitioner for continuing on despite the slip up. Where I'm posting from won't allow me to embed the link, but here's one from Kôden Enshin Ryu.

If these aren't enough you could try chinese miao dao techniques as well (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SS7zpiUFygM)
or montante (can't find a good montante vid at this time)
really any large two handed cutting sword techniques could be adapted easy

or study a comprehensive art that includes some combination of sword, spear, jo, and naginata. Not likely to give you the same thing you'd get from a focused study, but it's better than nothing.
If study is out, stay safe and have fun.

The form I saw at work in the video link you provided was very smooth; I particularly like how he uses a flowing overhead strike as a transition. Those exercises with a weapon of that size are definitely something I'd like to integrate into my own practice in the future.
