Please consider donating to the Tovar/Perrez family and/or keeping them in your thoughts... my wife's cousin Clarisa was killed in the accident, and her 8 yr old daughter Caitlin (crash happened on her birthday), suffered a severely fractured skull. Clarisa's husband Mark got a few bumps and bruises, but nothing serious, and their 2 older kids (both in middle school) were fortunately not in the car with them. Some good news about Caitlin: within the past couple of days, she's been able to wiggle her toes on command, recognizing her brothers, and just yesterday, was able to read a Get Well card to the neurologist! Anyway, just thought I'd share with you all the link to their go fund me page: www.gofundme.com/kq9eq3xg

As someone who never met Clarisa or Mark or their kids it's pretty easy to resd this and decide that I don't care because things like this happen to a lot of people every day. Luis, on the other hand, is a man I've also never met but who has made real contributions of his time to this forum and is someone I respect. He's been good to us as a whole and I know I've personally benefited from what he does. I am not in a position to contribute much, but I can spend what I would have otherwise wasted on tobacco or something else stupid tomorrow. It isn't much but might be enough to justify the few minutes he spent asking for help and I hope more of you do the same. If you're not the sort to do go in for crowd-sourcing campaigns you might consider if www.lgmartialarts.co/ had something you've wanted to buy for the past couple of months but thus far have been able to resist; you can use this as an excuse to buy it.
