Yeah, the Microtech Jagdkommando... Looks funky but personally I don't see how it would be better in any way than a plain old non-corkscrew dagger.
PS. And, of course, it's very expensive, too.

It looks wicked. Other than that when one thinks about it the screw effect will take more energy to penetrate. Also the same will apply due to the greater cross section of the blade. Not to mention that it would be next to useless for any cutting activities and bulky to carry. I am not impressed in the least and will pass on that one.

Reminds me of a deep sea knife.

A saw an "ART" knife at one of the first NY Custom Knife Shows (many years ago) where the smith made a dagger with a 180 degree twist from guard to point. Interesting but not practical as you can't use it for anything but a stab and a simple twist of the wrist will achieve the same result with any non-twisted blade.

Like MOK mentioned above, it's a Microtech Jagdkommando and are expesive, usually running over $840 for the full size ones... it's most likely illegal almost everywhere in the states, due to it having 3 cutting edges.

Reminds me of a deep sea knife. Yeah, it kinda does... especially the screw-on sheath, I think.
