Can't say much from a picture of a bare blade, with no more info. Looks OK from the photo. Long tang, so I'd guess it's intended for a Han jian, but you could cut off excess tang and mount it as a conventional one-handed jian.
What do you mean by "good quality"?

Budget? Do you want to cut stuff with it? Do you want it to look like a historical jian? Do you want it to handle like a historical jian? What kind of jian (you've got 3000 years of different types of jian to choose from)?
Cutting/battle-ready/historical look and handling are all satisfied by the Hanwei Chinese Cutting Sword (AKA the Scott Rodell jian). There are others, too, including cheaper, blingier and more expensive, lighter, shorter, heavier, etc.

+1 on the Hanwei Chinese Cutting Sword. It's a great jian, great cutter, and it looks great. I couldn't ask for anything more in a jian! What's even more amazing about it is when you see it in person...it looks much better than the KOA pictures. My son, an historical fencer in the Western tradition, was blown away by the sword when I unpacked it. I should probably say I'm not affiliated with KOA and I bought mine from Amazon for about $100 less. I am however, too lazy to take the time to take and post a picture of my sword, so I obviously borrowed KOA's pictures. Eric
