So i went to a gunshow after lunch with a couple of friends here in Mesa AZ.
It was a great experience for me at the gunshow. Again i could not have the courage to buy myself a glock, a walther and a hunting rifle and lots of ammo. One day maybe. :)
I usually work on weekends all winter and hardly have time to go see anything. At summer it is way too hot in Az to desire any shows. Usually being lazy on weekends and stay at home.
Anyway while my friends were checking firearms i searched for a knife table and found the only one in that small place. I already knew the brand and was familiar with their products. I had a long conversation with the vendor and told him that i will be back after half an hour and left his table.
Considering i am a retail business owner and when a customer says ``i will be back`` 99.9% of the time i experienced they never come back. But ofc i did. Vendor was very friendly and a nice guy; he gave me a good show deal on the 19`` asian sword and ofc i went home with that :) dawson-knives.myshopify.com/products/19-asian-sword
I realized two hours ago that the guy i dealt with was actually bladesmith Dennis Cook from Dawson knives. They are all very talented artists; what a family. I really loved their stuff. As far as i know they don`t do any long blade swords but i am very impressed with their work on short swords and knives. Pure epic craftmanship.
I definitely suggest you check their web site and consider them for your tactical knife and short sword commissions with the other stuff on their web site readily available.
