I have been looking for one of these for a while. They used to be all over e-bay, but now I can only find one seller who still has the right-handed version. I also see a lot of sellers dumping what appears to be the last of their left-handed stock.
I also noticed that its been a while since they came back in stock at KoA. This raises a question in my mind as to whether CS is planning to discontinue them. So far as I can tell from their website, they are still available, but perhaps some of you with longer ears and deeper connections have heard otherwise.

As the left handed version is a more recent addition, I feel what you are seeing is a backorder situation waiting for the producers, such as on Kult of Athena. Amazon sells them and I see a few other retailers listing them for sale. Of course, your location may be a factor in dealing with retailers such as Wild Bills Wholesale. Run a thorough internet search for retailers, I see a few. House of Blades, Optics Planet, Cold Steel direct, etc. They may or may not have their inventory updated.
Cheers

Could you rehilt a Lefty to a right hand saber? Yes, but only if you have the tools to reverse the guard, refit and repeen it.

Could you rehilt a Lefty to a right hand saber? Yes, but only if you have the tools to reverse the guard, refit and repeen it. STOP! WAIT! Look at the pictures again. The guard plate of the 1904s is customized to the form of the hand. Turning a right handed saber into a left handed saber is tantamount to a virgin birth. (Unless ya gotsa a forge out in da gare-raj...)

Yeah, I've been toying with the idea of getting one of these to complement my 1904 Austrian officer's sword. (For some reason, antique trooper patterns seem to be more rare and expensive than the officer ones. Anyone know why?)
Last I checked, the lefties are more readily available. Can only find one dealer this side of the globe who has the righties in stock.
