Have a series going to different makers and just film them making a sword and telling us all about the process as they go. SUPER entertaining

Not different makers, but Irish Mike did have a show on Discovery, "Big Giant Swords" (you can watch it on YouTube now). It was pretty much this, only with a little less building and more typical reality TV stuff about his crew and adorable family.
