Just had my first introductory class at an Muso Jikiden Eishin-Ryu dojo. Went through sets of solo waza (standing/sitting). Very interesting.
Going to formally join beginning of next month as I have some things pending this next week or two.

Good luck with it! If you find something you really enjoy and click with, you can make good progress.

As a fellow practitioner, welcome! Eishin-Ryu has a lot of interesting features to it. Some good, some... not so good *cough* sodesurigaeshi *cough* but is an all around fun art. I'm not sure what all parts of the curriculum your school teaches, but I still practice batto ho, tachi waza, and training drills multiple times a week even though I am not part of a dojo anymore. Just be careful, sometimes you don't feel like you did much work but wake up sore the next day! lol
