Here's most of my designs that i like. I have several others in the works, but it will be a couple days before they are done.
These first two are some trench spikes (brass knuckles with a blade on the end) that i designed while reading the Zombie Survival Guide. According to it, a trench spike is the best weapon against zombies... who woulda thunk.
I don't know if any of you are familiar with Wen-m, he's an artist on Deviantart, and this is my favorite pic of his. I printed it off, then drew it. (freehand). My favorite part of this whole thing is the sword. If you have a chance, check it out. wen-m.deviantart.com/art/sword-designs-12994134 The far right is michael's sword. wen-m.deviantart.com/art/Michael-9378287 Here's another picture. And the original wen-m.deviantart.com/art/Angels-Michael-48102264
These two were kinda quick. the one on the right is a sort of crusader sword.. with a cross for a hilt. The other is a crappy little sword i can see an elven child training with.
these next two are some of my favorites. They're meant to be companion daggers, one sort of light/foresty, and the other darker. the sheath actually goes with the dark dagger.
This one is the product of me trying to draw a cool looking butter knife. I don't know about you guys, but i'd use this...
These two are meant to be wielded together, as i'm sure you can tell. I pictured them with that wavy (damascus?) steel with all brass fittings and ivory or bone handle scales.
This is another non sword as you can tell. I just thought it was a cool picture, and decided to draw it.
These are just three hilts that a friend and i designed. We started to make the middle one, but started to go crazy and stopped. These are for you Brenno.
These are my two favorite out of all of these. They were designed while reading Garth Nix's Aborsen Trilogy. The marks are used as a form of magic in the books, and are put onto weapons to empower them. I also plan to make these when i get some money for a grinder. Brass fittings, rosewood handle scales high sheen polish, and silver wire inlaid for the charter symbols.
