We have an Apple laptop (purchased), iPhone (5? given to us), iPad (purchased) and iPod (purchased). But I am still trying to figure out why I am supposed to want an iWatch. Why? It is what? About $350? One needs to have an iPhone on one's person for the iWatch to function? Has a 1 1/2 inch screen? (wow....) Battery charge life is....kind of limp. And...wait for this....tells me the time, so I do not have to fatigue myself by lifting the iPhone out of the belt holder to check the time. wow....but seriously, am I missing something? Some reason why I really should buy an iWatch? RinC

Because Apple said you need it. Its neato. Plus don't you want to be the first guy with one on your block?

I collect watches and have almost 100 in my collection, but won't be buying one.
I have mechanical watches made in Russia before the fall of the Soviet Union, including pocket watches going back to the 40's, one with a hand-painted scene of a train on the dial.
Automatic mechanism dive watches water resistant to 200 m, one that weighs more than some knives I've had.
Solar powered G-Shocks that sync daily with the atomic clock in Ft. Collins, CO., can withstand up to 12 G's of force, with an LED inside the case to make sure the positioning of the hands are exactly centered, but the iWatch doesn't appeal to me at all.

Don't worry, Elrikk. I'd be a spam bot with you if I could.

I vote "No". I have no watch, no cellphone... not even a car. I only have a 10-year old PC and a Samsung tablet (got it for free). And I can assure you I'm very happy. You can live without all those CENSORED stuffs. In fact, maybe your life would even get better...
