I get fairly regular emails from medieval collectables. Don't recall purchasing anything there but I was surprised to see it listed above. Thanks. It looks like Medieval Collectibles (www.medievalcollectibles.com) is still their own entity, while www.medieval-collectibles.com is a By-The-Sword site. I ordered several times from By The Sword years ago with no issues. However, at least at the time, they did a lot of drop shipping in addition to having stuff in their "warehouse." I don't know how much they kept on hand and how much they used drop shipments for. Obviously something could have changed between now and then, so don't take my experience as indication that things are fine now. As far as having so many websites, there is a certain logic to it. Most internet search engines use keywords to come up with relevant websites, so by using multiple sites the company likely to have a greater share of the space on the returned search page. Medieval Collectibles does the same thing with Dark Knight Armory and possibly others. I personally wouldn't discount a company just because they run several sites. Ulahn, I hope everything works out for you! OK, that makes sense. I ordered a sword from Dark Knight Armory once, that turned out to be out-of-stock (I think it was a Ritter Celtic Short Sword). It took a few days once this was discovered but I was refunded my money within about a week.

The sword arrived. Suho is now taking the hilt off.
Cheers.

Depends what the product is. If it's something nobody else has, it might be worth a shot.
Like I said before, I've only bought from them once or twice, probably nine or ten years ago. They were great back then.

Random, you already answered Elrikk's question, but I will give some background. KOA has the Deepeeka German Waloon on backorder for at least 4 months now and there is no sign it will ever be in stock again. This sword is out of stock everywhere else too. I need that hilt for a project. The above mentioned vendor has it in stock, so there you go. For a lousy $100 + I did take that chance gladly and as it turned out, with succes. Kudo's to Rose from Larp Shop. Very punctual. She's a dear.
