Hello everybody: Well this isn't a great way to start, but I don't seem to have much choice - I'll explain.
I recently purchased a "Honshu Tactical Wakazashi" through the SBG store for what I thought was a decent price of about $110. That was over a week ago and according to SBG's own literature it should have been shipped to me (as in left the warehouse) by Jan 14/15 at the latest and I should have been emailed that it had indeed been sent. As of today, Jan16/15, I have received no notifications and (even more frustrating) I have received no response to the three email/message inquiries I have sent about my wayward Wakazashi. Is buying products through the SBG store always such a frustrating experience? I certainly hope not. I honestly don't want to cancel the credit card payment, but the complete lack of communications on SBG's part makes it look like my best option.
Has anyone else had such a bad experience when dealing with the SBG store?
Thanks, Rob

I wasn't aware the SBG store even sold that model. Can you attach a link for it? Thanks

I've heard of a person having a similar experience trying to get in touch. I don't know the particulars, but the person who runs the actual operations with the store has been having some troubles and has not been responding to emails sporadically. Sorry I can't be any more specific than that, but I don't know. I will forward this to the site owner for you, though, and that will hopefully get things moving.

Thanks Adrian, I appreciate the help.
Hey Suho, the Wakazashi was listed under the "Hot Specials" section. When I first noticed the offering there were two available and the next time I looked there was only one left, so I jumped on it. Unfortunately, the offering is no longer listed - they were probably just clearing out some left over stock. Sorry I can't supply you with a better led.
Thanks again, Rob.
