Hi,
Can anybody tell me how to post thumbnails of images that when you click on them will show the full image?
Just can't figure it out.
Thanks,
Phil.

you can do it 2 ways - if you have the picture locally, you can click on the "Upload Attachment" button on the lower left of the screen. Choose the file, and the add the file. If you have the file on a hosting ite, you're going to have to add it using the "Img" button in the Full Editing screen... insert the code from the host website inside of the IMG brackets Attachments:

Thanks LGMartialArts,
Just one question if you use the Img button in the full editing screen how do you make the image a thumbnail and not the full size?
Phil.

Using the IMG tags embeds the full-sized image, here's Photobucket's (one of many image hosting sites) run-down on how to use their system: support.photobucket.com/hc/en-us ... ing-Images Photobucket can create the thumbnail for you, but I used to know a way to get a thumbnail through the embedding code itself. Can't remember it, Google isn't helping, so either use whatever host you like that offers thumbnails as an option or upload as an attachment. Photobucket thumbnail looks like this : Inline forum attachment looks like this: Regular embeds look like this: Note how the forum cuts off part of the image if it's too wide. Alternatively, LG's link might be even easier. Attachments:

FYI I just found out you can edit the picture size after using the IMG button to import a picture from a url.
How to resize using IMG,
After the image is imported and shows in your reply click on the image. Once you click a border will appear with little white boxes on the corners and sides. Move you mouse pointer to a box, and click on the box dragging it in the direction you want to resize. Smaller pull into the picture, larger pull out from the picture. Repeat as often as needed. (may take a few drags to shrink a large picture)
