Hey all! I am the owner of an old model DSA Feanor, and I absolutely LOVE it. Blade rings like a bell, sings when you swing it, all that sort of awesome stuff. I also love the weight (2lbs. 11 oz. on a sword this size? SWEET!) and the POB. My only problem with it is the fleur-de-lis pommel. While it's quite pleasing aesthetically, it isn't practical in the least. I've taken to using it one-handed because I can't rest my left hand on the pommel. Can any of you recommend someone who could replace the existing pommel with a scent-stopper or fishtail?
Regards,
-AoR

Thanks for the replies guys! I appreciate the help! I'm more inclined to have someone make and replace the pommel for me. I have no practical skills when it comes to modifying swords, and as the Feanor is the only non-wall-hanger I have, I'd prefer not to mess it up by doing something wrong. Those pommels are SWEET Findlithui! If you don't mind my asking, what are the dimensions on the hilt of your modified Feanor? The handle doesn't look quite as long as the original.
