Entry level feders?

Hi all.
I've been training with wasters for several months now, mostly sparring with friends(while cross-referencing the fight-books of course) using synthetic and wooden wasters. However, I'm thinking it's time to get myself a real sword - assuming the criteria for real swords are the same as Kult of Athena's 'battle ready category'.... LOL.
So I've been looking for a feder, in short, one that is good enough that I might be able to use it in sword drills if I ever manage to find actual HEMA people where I live.
I've been looking at Hanwei's federschwert, it looks nice - $160 keeps it under the $200 mark that I'd really prefer to stay under, and has gotten some good reviews from some people. But it has also gotten bad reviews from others, like a too-flexible blade, not hard enough steel, etc.
I haven't been able to find, unfortunately, similarly priced blunts. Hanwei's Tinker Pearce Bastard sword is under $200, but if I recall correctly most official HEMA groups prefer feders as they are safer, but feel free to correct me(as a side note, I honestly just like to more 'Renaissance-y' look of feders to the more medieval style, but I love both, and if I had to get a more medieval-looking sword I wouldn't be too nonplussed).
I've also taken a look at the Regenyei feders. They look awesome, and some people even recommend them over Albion, which certainly gives me pause. However, I haven't really seen any regular price for them, so I don't know how expensive they are, and there's the problem of Mr. Regenyei being in Hungary while I am smack dab in the middle of Pennsylvania.
Any recommendations
