Hey guys, I have recently discovered Zombie tools, and I am very interested in some of their blades. The Apokatana, the Deuce II, the Diphos, the Reaper and the Zakasushi all look like pretty unique and high quality weapons. So, I have been wondering: exactly how sturdy are these particular blades, in your experience? I have seen a number of tests done, including ZT's own "destroying the Deuce," and a test where a Reaver Cleaver was shot twice by a 22 and remained unharmed, but not much regarding the other blades I mentioned. One thing is the handle on the Apokatana. It looks rather thin to me towards the front, and I am wondering how well that holds up. I have no doubt about the quality of the blades themselves; they seem extremely durable, although a bit heavy. Mainly what I'm wondering about is the other components, and the over all assembly. And how much do you think they are really worth?
That leads me to my next question, which is where to buy them. Preferably at a discount. I really don't want to shell out $600 bucks at the moment, and I mostly want to find an Apokatana or a Zakasushi at around the $200-$300 price range, all though I am interested in all the blades I mentioned. If you can recommend any place to buy them, that would be great. Thanks everyone!
Also, I did have a similar post in the wanted items section that didn't get much attention, so I am reposting a revised version here. Mods can remove the old one.

Keep checking ebay but generally it doesn't happen Zt blades usually around the cheapest go down like 50 dollars below the sale price and that's about it if u find an apokatana for 300 bucks or a Zakasushi for 200 pick it up quick but ul be really hard pressed to find one like that all I can say is there well worth the money and u won't be sorry u ordered one good luck though

Yes, they are expensive. When you get it, you'll know that every dollar was well spent. I can't see these blades being damaged by anything short of intentional, destructive testing,

Thanks guys. Will keep my eyes peeled, but I am also selling a bunch of old stuff I had laying around so I may be able to purchase one for full retail soon.
