Couldn't hold out any longer

I have resisted buying myself a new blade for what seems like years...oh wait, it has been years! I could not resist one more minute however once receiving a customers blade for customization. It was a Huawei custom and then I just knew I had to act.
Today I placed an order with Jacky for a new custom blade in shirasaya and I will keep my fingers crossed and hope for the best. I made a point to be extra careful when presenting my request to help try and cut down on the possibilities of confusion and error. I used the same statistic template that Huawei uses and just filled in the blanks with me specs. I also included a picture with basic measurements as a visual aid. I understand that there is still a chance some specifications might not be exact and as long as they are not the core features/measurements, I am ok with that.
Anyway, here is what I presented to Jacky:
Steel - T-10
Shinogi-zukuri with geometric yokote
Koshirae - shirasaya, regular wood
Nagasa/blade length - 69 cm
Motohaba - 3.1 cm
Motokasane - .55 cm
Sakihaba - 2.2 cm
Sakikasane - .4 cm
Nakago length - 20 cm
Sori/curvature - Koshi-Sori 1.9 cm
Chu Kissaki
Mekugi ana - 1
Hamon - Suguha (straight)
Polish - tameshigiri (regular)
Habaki - Copper
Fumbari
I went with T-10 because I know this steel well, at least the product Huawei uses, and I am always satisfied with it. It's good and strong, and shows the hamon well. I went with the regular polish because I prefer it much more over their "hazuya" polish which seems to turn the hamon invisible. My customers blade has one of their examples of a suguha hamon and It came out very well imho and because it's been my favorite style for years, and too rarely seen these days, I knew this was the one for me.
As long as they can carry out the basic measurements like nagasa and style, I will allow some tolerances such as the motokasane, sakihaba, etc. being a mm + or -
I'm almost expecting the fumbari to be missing, but if it does pan out it will be like an added bonus.
I gave them only 50% for now and will know how things turn out in about a month and with a little luck, this could be as close as I'll come for a while to my dream blade.
I'll be sure to report back here as soon as I can. Wish me luck
