AND I'VE HAD IT WITH OF ALL THESE MOTHERF**KIN' SNAKES ON THIS MOTHERF**KIN" PLANE!
Seriously though, Ryansword didn't get a bad reputation because a few immature people bad mouth them. They got it through providing poor products and business practices. Going around and "calling out" everybody who has a poor opinion of them isn't going to help them, it's going to reduce your credibility by making you seem like either a fanboy or a shill(as much as I hate that term).
On the flip side, if they have decided to step up and provide good products and services then they deserve the same shot that was given to any other company that was at one time poorly perceived. The "never was and never will" mentality does no one any justice.

Aw, but I like the snakes. They make me feel like I'm among my own kind for a change~~ That aside, while I acknowledge the sentiment, I do not share it, and will avoid this seller for my own reasons. Mostly being that they are not in the same market I am at this time. Should anybody ask my opinion directly, they will here what I have already said repeated. Oh, and neat sword, for those into the style/idea. Not my thing, but nifty.

I've mentioned it before but nobody's been able to provide any further information, the Ryansword website looks like they're selling a wider range or swords of various quality levels, I'm speculating they're sourcing from various forges, or sourcing higher quality items from a large forge in addition to the budget stuff to reposition themselves in the market. Going from the older reviews, their reputation is bad, but if things have changed, well, then they've changed.
I'm with Adrian on this one, you can't make an absolute statement for all time (like some people make about traditionally made Japanese katana being the best sword ever for all time that can never be surpassed, which IS a childish statement) when change is possible.

The world of the EBay katana wars.
My personal observation over the years and from ownership is there are a few better ones and then there is everyone else. My understanding is there are limited forges which provide these swords to various EBay store sellers and some of these sellers have multiple EBay stores under different names.
We have Paul Chen and Hanwei. Fred Chen who produces Dynasty Forge, Cold Steel and other bigger name brands.
Huawei sources some nice blades as do a couple others.
The basic EBay katana are mass produced items with the same pro and cons. They are sourced from the few forges that produce better and common swords. Just different sellers of the same stuff.
I just get a kick out of watching and reading all the drama on the forum from brand loyal people when most of the EBay sellers are selling from the same forges. These forges take orders and fill them. Better made ones and average. Just depends on what is ordered.
