My Homildon scabbard has a pretty much nonexistent friction fit. Kind of a handicap when I want to hang it on a plaque. Shimming a katana is no problem, wood core, yay. But this leather core thing... Suggestions? TIA

for anything you wanna glue that has pores for the glue to get into such as suede or the underside of smooth leathers i recommend shoe goo. that stuff is great i use it on almost everything, iv had better results with that than any other glue or epoxy.
