Hey,
The Latin Machetes....did you get them from Trueswords? Did you get both sizes? What one is better? Have you cut anything substantial with them, and are they durable? The handle is polycarbonate...is it slippery when you're really going to town? How do you like them? I've been looking for a good machete for some time, but can't justify spending much on them, and those Coldsteels are right in my comfort zone for price. Just reading mixed reviews about them...and can't decide.
Be well, Louie

Yea I got them here. You can see all the specs and stuff. www2.knifecenter.com/item/CS97TM ... rbon-Blade I got two of the same thing to do double saber forms. I really like them a lot. You have to sharpen them , but yeah they can handle heavy duty cutting. You can see a russian guy cutting a small tree with one on youtube. I haven't had a problem with slippage too much. I'm really happy with them. I also bought a sheath for them too.
