I would prefer the fullers to be grey rather than "firescale" but that blade looks better every time you photograph it

:shock: Wow! Big difference. You really cleaned up the fullers. They look great!
Beautiful pattern in the steel, as well. Will the remaining polishing of the blade tone down the darkness from the etch, or are you planning for the sword to have a dark colored blade?

The blade will remain fairly dark, if you try to polish it up you lose the pattern and it starts to look like rubbish :lol:
