Since the Crusader Monk has been deployed again, the one that comes to mind are scabbards by Christian Fletcher ... or, you could try making your own by searching for the excellent tutorials available here at SBG

I think for jian, the tough part would be getting the suitable kit (chappe, throat, hanger, etc) that would complement the jian fitting. Also might want to ray skin wrapped the scabbard for more 'authentic' look might want to try celtic fury production... they might have something that suits you since Sarge is on hiatus now... CF and DBK could do it but would be in higher price level than Crusader Monk/Celtic Fury level.

I'm sure that a person who make European style scabbard can make Chinese one as well. As stated by Junon, it is the other stuffs that go on the scabbard that is hard to find. And Triton Works waiting list is well over a year. I'll try Celtic Fury.

I really doubt any of the guys who make medi scabbards are going to be able to help you with a Chinese sword. CF is most likely if you don't mind losing a testikle...
Online search for an oriental poc drew sawdust.
Maybe asking Kris Cutlery or Hanwei can get you some help (?)

We typically turn people towards Randy Black when they need a basic scabbard for the Shenlong. Worth a look.

Philip Tom is the man to call if you want a good scabbard for Chinese Swords. He can do plain wooden storage scabbards to stained, or leather covered ones. You may need to source fittings, however if you just want a storage scabbard a plain wooden one works quite well too.

Yeshua's sword does excellent wood scabbards, Ernie's wood work and exotic timber selection is hard to beat imo.
