I have a dadao that I can't find anywhere on the web and have spent hours trying to find any information on. A blade called "Hank" on this forum is the same sword and he has found no information either. The sword itself has "HANK" stamped into the crossguard ill post a pic and if someone could help me find the maker of this beautiful sword it would be much appreciated.

Is the sword bendy or flexible? If so then it would make sense that it's a wushu, practice, performance sword.

its more like a thick machete cuts like one anyway almost no flex unless pushed hard. razor sharp, magnet sticks, its not stainless steel and it oxidizes with the rubbing alcohol test. I know its not a true dadao just kinda looks like one. I'm more curious about the maker though i can't find any info on the HANK mark

Not seeing any "Hank" marks in pictures, but the resemblance is there. Only the second time I've ever seen such a thing, thought it was worth bringing up here.
