I found this Polish vendor. It is the only vendor I know of that sell functional Polish sabers. They can be bought sharp or blunt. miecze.pl/13-xvii-xviii-c

I came across it a while back. I have to wonder how good they are at those prices. Durability is only one piece of the puzzle.

Looking at the specs they seem decent enough. Email them, I would say and have Google translate the inquiry. Have been looking at these for a long time too. The scabbard for the top one is €105 extra. Ouch. So they'd better be above Windlass/Weapon Edge/Universal Swords quality. The rest of their offerings seems to be run of the mill East Block re-enactment stuff. Cheers, Ulahn.

They look good. If you pick one up please do a write up. I'll ask the guy that buys saber for my club if he know anything about them

I talked to a guy I know in Poland and he said that they look nice, but they fall apart if used for sparring and are too heavy, They are near the 3lb mark, when they should be 2lb.
