My eBay targe

Hi there, I bought this scottish targe looking shield on eBay. Not to mention the ardous process of getting it home, when it finally got there (two months), the heavy duty pins that fastened the leather handles to the shield popped often as the handle is a bit too small for my hand. The one that goes against my forearm had to be nailed to the shield with 3/4" nail careful enough to do it diagonally so it would not puncture the shield or the upper leather layer. It is a bit small more like a buckler than an actual round shield (duh a buckler is a round concave shield but mini-sized, i know), but looks pretty cool. All I need now is some armor
and I'll get a fine barbarian with multinational tastes: a German Spangelhelm, a Norse Axe and a Scottish targe like shield!!!!!
