As many have noted, I'm a fairly cheap bargain hunter; I scourge eBay for cheap usable (bordering on functional) Masahiro japanese swords, got a couple of European wall hangers, display battle axes, a flail, a plain ugly shield and two display naginatas. To further give my room an armory-like look, I contemplated buying this helmet: cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=015&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=250108228897&rd=1&rd=1I know the price is synonym of rubbish, but I'm not a reenactor or SCA fan. As a hanger will it still look crappy or be ok? Medieval period fans, come to my aid!!!! Though I should save some money for a higher end japanese sword (well that will have to be later) like a Cheness or something between that and a PPK.

Not bad if you can get it for $22. You can wear it to ren fairs or holloween. Its gona cost you about $32 with shipping, I would not pay more then that.

28" diameter! ;D That's like the size of a 10 speed bicycle wheel! I think it's more like 28" circumference.
