The pauldrons are attached to the piece over my traps that connects the breastplate and backplate. It connects with one rivet in the front and one in the back so it flips up pretty easy. The whole thing articulates at the each individual rivet and the leather flexes too. There is a little resistance as I shoot my arm front and back as the leather drags a little bit on my shirt. The only way to fix that is with mettle pauldrons which would have a smoother surface on the inside.

who me no I was going to ask. after seeing numbnuts "bear" suit at least I have some where to start. I was thinking about useing titanium or other durable alloy maybe a ceramic compound for the outer shell and kevlar or specter sheild for the padding. please by all means share some ideas then I'll be in the videos;)
