The Windlass ones just look cheap amd bad to me.Not even scimitars.I like the hardware on the ones from that cover, which are very similar to the Windlass versions.Maybe one day I will commision them, when money is right.

Perseus' sword and shield from the original clash of the titans, Inigo Montoya's sword from the princess bride, Sho's swords from steel dawn. May I also add the spear from dragon slayer, the axes and the cyclops' spear from Krull, Rexor's hammer and Bombaata's mace from the Conan movies.

A few more for the list. The dragon sword for seven swords. Aearil and the sword form outlander. Stormbringer also comes to mind, but there are way to many versions of that sword.

I have to say that, for me, the Atlantean Sword from "Conan, the Barbarian" is the most beautiful movie sword ever made, with the Father's Sword close in second. I still have to win the Lottery to get both from Albion, but for now I'm satisfied with the Windlass versions. Regards, Alexander.

Anything that resembles Stormbringer/Mournblade from the Elric Series by Michael Moorcock. Be it most of the swords from the novel covers I have seen, some of the original Githyanki art from D&D 2nd Ed. or whatever. These are nice, as they should be for the price: www.raven-armoury.co.uk/sapphire.htmlI'd LOVE to have one good fantasy sword. But as it is I have some historical reproductions other people think are fantasy swords (a two handed falchion, the huge Maciejowski Fauchard, a Windlass made Transitional Viking Sword, and a cool Korean Ring Pommel chokuto). I'd like to have something of good steel and hardness, balanced in a usable way with lots of unnecessary projections, doo-dads and other fantasy elements. cheers!

There are no good functional versions of this but I love Mugens sword from Samurai Champloo, think about ko katana length with a hidden tanto in the saya. It would be beautiful if they made a fully functional one, I would be so happy with that. Here's a pic of one of the many cheap reproductions Here's the original animators design And here it is in the show I would be all smiles if I could get a fully functional, full tang, high end (no loose fittings bs) version of this sword. SBG get on it!

It's a bit obvious what my favorite fantasy sword would be... There was a metal version but highly doubt it would ever be functional... Other than that, the classic Excalibur sword would be fine for me

Sorry...have to brag for a moment...
My first high-end addition to my collection was the CF/AT Borderwatch...and I got the first one.
(Seriously, it was a numbered set, and I've got #1...)
Best regards to all,
Robert Marks

The one in my signature is in the top rankings with a couple of Lundemo swords and Jeffrey Robinson swords.
Used to have an excellent Rob Miller Ranger Sword.
