I was wondering what were your opinions on the tenchi ko katana and how it would compare to the Ronin dojo pro ko katana.

The Tenchi blade is a few inches shorter than the RDP, according to the specs. I don't have a Ronin ko kat...but when comparing Tenchi katana to Ronin DojoPro katana, IMO: The RDP has the better ito...and the better shaped tsuka...and better fittings.
I've not done destructive testing (why waste my swords, paid for with my money?), but the Cheness' 9260 should have the edge there (pardon the pun).

I've got to handle both, and both are very good. The Tenchi is slightly smaller and lighter. It's a blast to use. The Ronin is a bit longer, heavier and slightly more blade-heavy. The Ronin has the much superior fittings. The fittings on the Tenchi are cheap but do their job. With a good heat treatment, the Tenchi should have a tougher blade. The Ronin's size and weight lend better to cutting heavier targets.
