Does anybody own a Albion Tiberius gladius or know of some one who does have one , I love the hilt so much im trying to recreate it on another gladius and I need measurements so if any body could help me it would be heaven sent . And no I'm not stealing albinos design for they only take there designs from history

Review: viewtopic.php?f=6&t=16021And for what its worth...recreating it is stealing the design. The Next Gen. line are not based on an exact historical piece like the Museum Line is. They are all original designs based on research of many historical examples. But the designs still belong to Albion.

So it's just coincidence that there hilt looks almost exactly the same as del tin , kris cutlery , deepeeka , and historical examples but if I would like to use those measurements as a reference when building my own similar hilt I am stealing "there" design which is copied from history ?

He's saying that if you recreate the hilt exactly, you are stealing the design which Albion came up with. It's not based on any specific historical original; it's original to Albion themselves. It does look similar to other makers' hilts, but there are differences if you look closely.
Just tweak it by changing, say, the grip length or the size of the pommel, and that wouldn't be stealing as much as it would be borrowing...

That's what I was suggesting I understand how my wording would lead someone to assume that though but I'd still like measurements so I can have a reference so I don't screw up the proportion
