hello all, has anyone handled this sword?is it a heavy cutter? or light?, how does it handle? and such things. i thank you for any info.

You are better off with a gen 2 gladius in my opinion, gen 2 rocks!

They might but it isn't the scabbard you are buying the sword for. If you pass up a good sword due to the scabbard then you will pass up lots of great swords. Buy the sword and get a new scabbard made or something.

I would check out the new Valiant Armoury Gladius as well. The pre-production models have been reviewed at MyArmoury.
