Hi Guys,

Im new to your wonderful forum. I live in europe and Im an antique sword collector for years now. So here is my first thread.

My friend has this sword. Very beautiful. I can't find it in any book. Can you help us identify it? It strikes me as a half 18th century french naval cutlass, but Im sure someone here would be more competent.
