Here's a Metalworks episode on armors made in the Greenwich armories in the 16th century. It focuses almost exclusively on the surviving Henry VIII armors and armors made for nobility in Elizabeth's court, but there are some brief scenes with munitions armors. A good watch if you're enthralled by some of the finest plate armor from its heyday (and a brief scene with the crazy demonic glasses-wearing helmet gifted to Henry by Maximilian of Germany), so I recommend checking it out. ... e=youtu.be

A fascinating, detailed examination of Greenwich armours, well worth watching. Some possibly fascinating insights into the reasoning behind some of them. Also good to see some of the ways they were made and embelished. This is an example of the best of documentary making. Many, many thanks for posting this link
