Yep, John is very well known, we are even lucky enough to have one of his apprentices, at least i think he is an apprentice. The guy i am talking about is samsalvati, he does really beautiful work as well. John's work will set you back a very pretty penny though.

Depends on the sword, look at his training swords and the price of those, look at how plain they look and then look at some of his more advanced stuff and take a guess, you probably wont be even close. I tried getting in touch with him once but i never heard anything back so i'm not sure if he didn't get it or he didn't care to respond to someone from australia. Jake is an awesome artist. And his work is epic in a historical way. I don't know how durable his swords are but can you imagine even cutting a box with one - scrilege.
