I have seen many photos of Japanese Katana with the two other little blades fixed on to the Saya, but I have yet to see this on any Chinese-made katana that I have found on the internet.
Anyone know where I can see such a sword?

You mean the kogatana (utility knife) and kogai (hair pin) like this: They're not included on any Chinese-made katana because: a. They're useless little gadgets  b. They lock the tsuba onto the saya, impairing your ability to draw your sword :?

They are on some of the most expensive Hanwei (like the Paper Crane) and cheapest SLOs-esque (like the Musashi Zetsurin) oddly enough... I think it's largely because there's little consumer demand so most kozuka/kogatana/kogai are either super-cheap decorations or (in regards to the nice ones) expensive for what you get because they aren't made in large quantities (and thus the nicer ones are only included with very high-dollar koshirae). Adding to that, properly carving their placement in the saya is challenging (the SLO ones don't even really try to do it right but for only $60 no one really notices or cares) and to do it correctly it's often necessary to have a slightly angled or modified fuchi.

I would also guess that another reason they're not included on Chinese katana is that they add considerably to the cost. Not only do you have to make them (probably the cheapest part of the whole thing when you think about it), but you also have to inlet spaces for them in the saya, and you have to make the little artsy-fartsy grips that go with them. As such, you're easily pushing the price up 2x. Note that there are only a couple of production katana (IIRC) that have these; the Hanwei Paper Crane does for sure, but that's their $3000 tamagahane blade... gives you some idea of how expensive the blade has to be before they start offering these extras! And everything Krelian said. Curse you for being faster than I by a few seconds!

I was thinking about looking around for a Japanese sword that has the two little blades .
Is there an historical age of the Japanese-made blades where the use of two additional blades was most common?
What price range would I be looking at for such a sword?

This was a weird thing I noticed too.
I was in the hunt for finding a sword with both little blades on the saya when i noticed that the Musashi had a small blade option of a very-VERY cheap sword.
All the other makers changed an arm and a leg,but for some reason Musashi does them on their cheapest sword?
weird....
